I liked this show because before it I didn't really understand what teenagers did without cellphones, I grew up in the beginning of the iPhone era so I never really had to get by without it. But it seems like these teenagers have even more fun than we do! Not having the cellular devices to distract from spending time with each other they actually sat around and talked with each other! I know, sounds crazy, but it's true! If you were wondering that was very sarcastically typed on my iPhone.
This show made me really think about what a true friend is and made me realize tha the people I was surrounding myself with weren't real friends at all. This helped me be a lot happier in the long run because I now the most amazing friends anybody could ever ask for.
I agree. This TV show is a must-watch for viewers of today.Teens nowadays don't know how awesome a social life could be if they just put their phones down. I grew up watching this show, and i gotta say, it taught me a lot of life lessons. This is the perfect example of a good sitcom.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree. The life lessons in this show are just never ending, and I think a lot of people would benefit from watching it.
DeleteThis is true, sometimes shows and reality tv can helps us know our self. I never watched this show but it sounds awesome and educational to watch.
ReplyDeleteI believe that in our day and age, television really is a big part in our lives and that it does influence us. So waztching shows like the ones I've written about is really good because they're all good influence's.
DeleteThe 70's show is in fact very funny. The dynamic between the family members and friends is one that is rarely seen nowadays. You are right; the fact that everyone has cell phone, you don't need to walk over to your friend's house to see what he or she is doing. The idea of hanging out now is through snapchat, texting or sometimes face timing a friend. The 70's show, does in fact really shows you what true friendship is all about and the fact that you can have disagreements, talk them over face to face and resume your friendship afterwards. With us, and our iphones, it's too easy to get annoyed, frustrated because you know right away what everyone is doing, if you were included or not. It is a great comedy to watch.
ReplyDeleteOh I like this show to i rember before this was a family show we all watch. this blog is awesome. Well done Nicole.
ReplyDeleteThat 70's show is my second favorite comedy show right behind The Big Bang Theory. My parents both like the show and my mother even bought the complete series and I watched all of it in a span of ( I think) a summer.
